The law requires that all food handlers need to be trained according to their food handling work activities. It will assist service regulators in proving that they have displayed due diligence and are therefore compliant in the eyes of the law.
The objective of this course is to prepare people for employment, or to support a current position within a low-risk role, where there is an element of food handling.
