  • The course will take the learner on a journey exploring how infections exist and spread, the course will also look at the consequences to regulated services and requirements from Care Quality Commission (CQC) the learners will refresher their knowledge of MRSA, C Diff and Covid 19
  • The Mental Capacity Act (MCA) came into force in 2007 and was designed to strengthen the protection of adults. This was followed by The Deprivation of Liberties Safeguards (DOLS) being implemented in 2009.
  • This training delivers a hands on approach to the subject of mental health first aid, it will use real life situations to aid the learner in their development of the subject.
